Jeyhun Turksoy<\/strong><\/p>\n Director, VFX Artist, Motion Graphics Artist<\/p>\n Biography:<\/strong><\/p>\n Jeyhun Mammadov (Turksoy) was born on April 8, 1988 in Baku. He studied at the Directing Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. Since 2011, he has been working as a director, visual effects and motion graphics artist.<\/p>\n He has worked as an assistant director, editor, VFX artist, and director in many local and foreign films. In 2018, he directed the short feature film “Silence” based on the script by Nijat Dadashov. The film participated in a number of international festivals. In 2022, he worked as a director and supervisor in the production of the short animated film “The Date” based on Orkhan Behbit\u2019s script.<\/p>\n “The Date” was presented at the ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival in Azerbaijan, Aakruti-My Creation International Film Festival in India, Batangas Balisong Film Festival in the Philippines, VAFI & RAFI \u2013 International Children and Youth Animation Film Festival in Croatia and CINANIMA \u2013 International Animated Film Festival of Espinho in Portugal. The film ranked third at the Altyn Saka International Animation Film Festival in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n Since 2023, he has been a member of the Azerbaijan Animation Association.<\/p>\n Links:<\/strong><\/p>\n
