Biography:<\/strong><\/p>\n

She is an editorial writer and screenwriter. She is a member of Azerbaijan Writers\u2019 Union and Azerbaijan Cinematographers\u2019 Union. She worked as an animator and senior editor for the Azerbaijanfilm studio from 1971 to 2004. She has been a screenwriter for the Azanfilm animation studio since 2004. Five films have been produced based on her screenplays in recent years. In the 1980s, she also worked contract jobs for the State Radio Commission. She is a member of the New Contemporary (\u201c\u041d\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0439 \u0441\u043e\u0432\u0440\u0435\u043c\u0435\u043d\u043d\u0438\u043a\u201d) International Writers\u2019 Union, and she is the only Azerbaijani woman to have won the title of \u201cEastern Queen of Wisdom\u201d on the international Litkonkurs.ru site. Gulshan Tofikqizi is the great-granddaughter of Agha Musa Naghiyev, the famous millionaire from Azerbaijan\u2019s history.<\/p>\n

Gulshan Tofikqizi has won many international literature competitions, and she is a regular writer for the Literary Azerbaijan (\u018fd\u0259bi Az\u0259rbaycan) journal and Russia\u2019s My Family (\u041c\u043e\u044f \u0421\u0435\u043c\u044c\u044f) journal.
