The famous Azerbaijani animation director <b>Elchin Hami Akhundov<\/b> will conduct a selection of members of the Kids Jury.<\/p>\n<p>The second edition of the festival, which will be held on October 18-21, 2019, will show dozens of local and foreign animation films for children and adults. The aim of the festival is to bring together local and foreign audiences and professionals. This year the festival is a continuation of the First ANIMAFILM Baku International Animation Festival (2018), an annual event to promote the development of animation in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n<h4>Select\u0131on Rules of Kids Jury Members<\/h4>\n<p>The organizers announce the conditions for joining a Kids Jury consisting of children, participating in the festival this year. The winner of \u201cBest Short Animated Film for Children\u201d competition will be defined by the jury, consisting of 5 children.<\/p>\n<p>Rules to apply for Kids Jury competition are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Age limit: 7-13 years;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani. It&#8217;s desirable for a child to speak English, because the festival is international, but it is not obligatory.<\/li>\n<li>A motivation letter of the child.
