On February 21, 2026, the international premiere of the short animated film\u00a0\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span>Porridge Monster\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0(<\/span><\/span><\/span>Yulaf d\u00f6n\u0259rg\u0259<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span>), the first international animation co-produced with Azerbaijan, will take place as part of the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>30th<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Animac International Animation Film Festival of Catalonia<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0in Spain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Azerbaijani premiere of \u201cPorridge Monster\u201d will take place within the framework of the\u00a09th ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival<\/b>, which will be held in Baku from May 13\u201317 this year. Created using\u00a0stop motion, plasticine, and 3D techniques<\/b>, \u201cPorridge Monster\u201d is an emotional animated film about the complex emotions that arise in a child during an argument between their parents at breakfast.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The film’s director is Polish filmmaker\u00a0Izabela Pluci\u0144ska<\/b>, the screenwriter is\u00a0Justyna Celeda<\/b>, the art director is\u00a0Karolina Go\u0142\u0119biowska<\/b>, and the composer is\u00a0Azer Hadjiasgarli<\/b>. The film features the voices of\u00a0Maria D\u0105browska<\/b>,\u00a0Husniyya Murvatova<\/b>,\u00a0Maja Pluci\u0144ska<\/b>, and\u00a0Firdovsi A. Nabiyev<\/b>. Sound direction is by\u00a0Nadir Mahmudov<\/b>, editing by\u00a0Piotr Krygiel<\/b>, and title design by\u00a0Rasul Hasan<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this project, produced by Poland, Germany, and Azerbaijan, the producers are represented respectively by\u00a0Paulina Ratajczak<\/b>\u00a0(\u201cLas Sztuki Foundation\u201d),\u00a0Karsten Matern<\/b>\u00a0(\u201cWait a Second!\u201d), and\u00a0Rashid Aghamaliyev<\/b>\u00a0(\u201cPERI FILM\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
