The Association of Turkic Animation (ATA) announces the acceptance of animated works for inclusion in the catalog “Animation of Turkic Countries 2024”.
The project is carried out within the framework of the “Creative Azerbaijan” program on the development of the creative industry with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and The International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY).
This catalog will be presented at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and Market MIFA, France, which will be held from June 9 to 15, 2024. ATA and TURKSOY will organize a joint stand at the festival to promote the animation production of Turkic countries. Applications are accepted by completing this form.
Conditions for submitting works:
1) Authors or rights holders of works must be citizens or residents of TURKSOY member countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey).
2) Both completed works and works in development stage are accepted.
3) Short and feature films, as well as series, are accepted.
4) Deadline for applications: May 10, 2024.
The main goal of the Association of Turkic Animation (ATA) is to create animation to popularize the traditions and culture of Turkic people. ATA aims to exchange cultural values among Turkic-speaking countries, develop the animation industry, and support national animation associations.
