The registration deadline for the 2nd ANIMAFILM International Pitching Competition has been extended to April 15!
As part of the 9th ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival, which will take place in Baku from May 13–17, 2026, the registration period for the 2nd ANIMAFILM International Pitching Competition is now extended. Our goal is to support local and foreign animation projects currently in the development, pre-production, or production stages.
📋 Participation Terms
Eligibility: Projects are accepted from Azerbaijan and all countries worldwide.
Animation Content: At least 50% of the project must consist of animation.
Formats: Short films, feature films, and animated series are eligible.
Technique & Theme: There are no restrictions on animation techniques or subject matter.
Language: Documents must be submitted in either Azerbaijani or English.
🏆 Prize Pool
Winners will be selected by a professional Pitching Jury and announced during the 9th ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival. The following awards await the winners:
ANIMAFILM Studio Award – 500 AZN
Dynamic Box Studio Award – 500 AZN
KİNOBİZ Award – 500 AZN
OB Film Studio Award – 500 AZN
