Biography:
Seyla Aliyeva Abdulkarim was born on December 29, 1986, in Magdeburg, Germany. From 1994 to 2005, she attended Abdulla Shaig Full Secondary School in the Nasimi district of Baku. In 2005, she continued her studies at the English Language Faculty at Azerbaijan University of Languages.
In 2007, she embarked on her professional career, primarily working in sales and marketing. Since childhood, she has been passionate about writing various fairy tales, stories, and poems. She also has a strong interest in literature, painting, and music.
In 2020, she launched the YouTube channel “Kooklatv” and began producing animated films targeted at Azerbaijani preschool children. Through this channel, thousands of children have learned to speak their mother tongue, benefiting both typical Azerbaijani children and those with autism, helping them learn their language.
Her films have been featured at the ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival in 2022 and 2023.
She has been a member of the Azerbaijan Animation Association since 2023.
