Biography:

Toghrul Mastalizada was born on December 5th, 1999, in Baku. He received a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Azerbaijan State Art Academy. He has been engaged in painting since 2015, and animation since 2020.

In 2023, his film titled “Timid and the Woodpecker” took part in the 6th ANIMAFILM International Animation Festival.

He has been a member of the Azerbaijan Animation Association since 2023.
